Peripheral Joint Pain

There are many other joints in the body that can be subject to pain following injury, or degenerative joint disease such as arthritis, including the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hip joints, knees and ankles. Some examples of these various conditions include general joint arthritis, frozen shoulders (adhesive capsulitis), tennis elbow, hip joint pain and restricted movement, knee joint pain and swelling due to ligament or cartilage damage or degenerative arthritis and ankle pain due to chronic repetitive sprains or collapsed and pronated arches. ( see section on orthotics). Many of these conditions are successfully treated at DOBSON CHIROPRACTIC using peripheral joint manipulation and maneuvers to increase the joint range of movement as well.
